1. ALWAYS meet our yearly objectives. You have 4 quarters to fulfill them (Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4).
2. Use the "leaked" government funding documents for next year to your advantage (see suitcase with dice).
3. Restructure our land borders to align with next year's funding plan and maximise profits.
4. Use the shop to send our friends in the government "gifts".

If you do not meet our expectations by the end of quarter 4 (Q4), you will be terminated immediately. Again, we wish you a warm welcome.
